Return Process

  Log into your Zia Pia account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and securely seal the box to ensure the products remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
